Use the Ticket Portal above to create a new request. Make sure to include a clear description of the issue, any error messages you see, and a screenshot if possible. The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.

Please include: a short description of the problem, the error message (if any), a screenshot, what you were doing when it happened, and your priority level. This helps us resolve your issue without unnecessary back-and-forth.

For urgent issues use the /assist command in Slack and clearly state it is urgent. For critical situations that affect multiple people or block your work entirely, flag your priority level so we can respond accordingly.

Our IT team is available Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 CET. Outside of these hours you can still submit a ticket or message via Slack and we will get back to you on the next business day.
